The NGO Development Center (NDC) is a non-profit Palestinian organization whose main function is to empower non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to respond to the needs of the poor and marginalized. NDC provides a distinctive combination of technical and financial support to NGOs, to help them perform with improved quality and outcomes, while increasing access to services by the most vulnerable.
NDC has been entrusted by the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) to implement the second phase of the East Jerusalem Identity and Resilience Support Program (AJIR+). AJIR+ finances projects proposed by Palestinian Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) aiming at strengthening Palestinian resilience in East Jerusalem with specific consideration for – but not limited to – education, culture, youth and women.
NDC is currently seeking a dynamic Technical Assistance (TA) Officer with excellent project management and coordination skills to be based in its main office in Al-Ram and with frequent field presence in Jerusalem. The TA Officer will be responsible for providing technical support to a portfolio of CSOs in Jerusalem in implementing their infrastructure and social service delivery projects.

This role will be a critical member of the Content and Knowledge team at GSL. School Leadership is a vastly understudied area of research in low and middle-income countries. The field of school leadership is gaining more visibility, with governments and funders starting to shift resources to support school leaders in LMICs for more effective program implementation and policy adoption. Through our research, we have found that we need more empirical evidence about the specific ways school leaders impact student outcomes, more effective ways to improve capacity while reducing time and cost, and how education systems can better support school leaders and scale effective school leadership programs. The Content and Knowledge team at GSL aims to address this challenge by collaborating with our partners, researchers, practitioners, and other similar organizations. The Research Manager will play a key role in producing original research and synthesizing existing knowledge on school leadership to facilitate evidence-based program and policy decisions.

QADER for Community Development is a non-profit organization based in Bethlehem and operating in Palestine since 2008. The project aims to contribute to enhanced social, economic, and political participation and inclusion of Persons with Disabilities in local communities in the West Bank, through achieving the following key results: 1) evidence-based advocacy lead by Inclusive youth accountability teams (IYAT) to promote the rights and inclusion of people with disabilities 2) Local authorities promote inclusive services and programs in collaboration with community stakeholders, and 3) Enhanced capacities of organizations of persons with disabilities and community-based organizations to promote the inclusion of persons with disabilities in their communities. Istishari Arab Hospital (IAH) is seeking a highly qualified Part-Time or Full-Time Clinical Scientist to join our Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) Laboratory. This critical role focuses on the preparation and handling of cellular therapy products, primarily stem cells for transplantation. The position is fully on-site and offers the opportunity to contribute to a leading BMT program through scientific expertise, technical skill, and commitment to patient safety and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all activities related to cellular preparation and processing for transplantation.
- Coordinate stem cell collection (apheresis) and oversee isolation, cryopreservation, and storage procedures.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and institutional, national, and international standards.
- Implement quality control procedures and maintain accurate documentation and product traceability.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on cellular therapy techniques.
- Provide guidance on product handling, viability, and dosing to optimize clinical outcomes.
- Coordinate with the clinical hematology/oncology team, blood bank, and HLA typing laboratory to ensure streamlined workflow and patient-centered care.
- Manage daily lab operations, prioritize processing requests, and support or train junior staff and technologists.
- Assist in protocol development, equipment maintenance, and supply management in coordination with the lab director.
