About the Company

SuperPOD is a fast-growing design and merch studio, and we’re looking for a highly skilled Technical Graphic Designer to bring polish, consistency, and creative finesse to our production pipeline.

Job Description

This role is all about refining and enhancing design work — whether that means fixing messy files, adding visual impact to mockups, or applying special effects that make products stand out. Ideal candidates bring expert-level knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and creative workflows, and love making graphics look their absolute best before they go out into the world.

Familiarity with print-on-demand and merch production processes
Experience with AI image tools or hybrid workflows
Background in product mockups, photorealistic design, or layout formatting

Responsibilities

Manipulate and refine complex layers, masks, paths, and smart objects

Apply advanced effects like glows, distortions, grain, and textures

Execute high-quality face swaps and image blends with photorealistic finesse

Design and maintain reusable mockup templates and asset libraries

Ensure every file is production-ready (CMYK, DPI, bleed, resolution, etc.)

Collaborate with creative leads and product managers to polish deliverables

Support junior designers with templates, tips, and troubleshooting

Requirements

Mastery of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

A portfolio showcasing technical range and polish

Comfort working with effects, blending modes, and smart object workflows

An understanding and utilization of non-destructive editing

Stellar file organization and version control habits

Experience building templates, presets, or automated actions/scripts

A calm, collaborative attitude under tight timelines
