Job Description

This role blends generative tools with creative strategy — turning concept prompts into compelling, marketplace-ready designs using the most advanced platforms available. Ideal candidates see AI not just as a tool, but as a creative partner in pushing ideas forward.

Responsibilities

Generate visual assets using tools like GPT-4o, Midjourney, Sora, Leonardo, DALL·E, and Firefly

Write and refine detailed prompts to produce merch-ready designs

Remix and enhance AI-generated artwork for apparel and accessories

Combine AI workflows with traditional tools (e.g., Photoshop) for polished final assets

Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm prompts, trends, and visual directions

Stay current on the latest AI tools, model updates, and design techniques

Requirements

High-level prompting skills and concept generation ability

Experience with adjusting prompts and workflows to overcome platform constraints

Understanding of how to format, upscale, and prep AI art for print-on-demand merch

Basic-to-advanced Photoshop skills for cleanup, editing, and text layout

Experience with inpainting, outpainting, and compositing AI outputs

Strong visual taste and knowledge of generative art strengths and limitations

A sample portfolio or project set showing AI-integrated design work

Curiosity, playfulness, and a sharp creative instinct
