Job Description

We’re OnTheGoSystems – creators of WPML, the most popular translation plugin for WordPress. We’ve been fully remote since 2008, with over 100 team members in 40+ countries. Now we’re launching a new SaaS product – PTC (Private Translation Cloud) – aimed at software developers and small dev teams who need continuous, high-quality software localization.

We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who can set up, run, and optimize paid campaigns from end to end. You’ll be the owner of our paid acquisition engine.

Responsibilities
Plan and run campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), and Reddit
Set up pixels, analytics, audiences, goals, and conversion tracking
Test and iterate on ads, landing pages, creatives, and targeting
Drive traffic, leads, and sales for PTC – with a clear focus on ROI
Analyze campaign performance, produce reports, and improve based on data
Work closely with content, design, and IT teams to execute fast and well
Requirements
Hands-on experience running and optimizing paid campaigns (especially for B2B SaaS)
Strong knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution (GTM, GA, Meta Pixel, etc.)
Comfort working independently and managing cross-functional input
Focus on results – not theory
Bonus: You’ve marketed to developers or technical buyers before
