As a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant, you will make an impact by optimizing and managing IT service management processes, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery and contributing to the company’s mission of enhancing operational excellence. You will be a valued member of the SNBG team and work collaboratively with team leads, sales associates and the client.
