Job Description

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Lighting Technical Engineer to join our team and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, from RFQ and tender review to technical approvals and project handover.

Responsibilities

Review RFQs, tender documents, BOQs, and project specifications.

Prepare technical submittals, datasheets, catalogues, compliance statements, and certifications.

Perform lighting calculations using DIALux Evo / Relux and prepare lighting layouts.

Coordinate with suppliers for technical data, samples, and approvals.

Support Sales Engineers with technical presentations and product selection.

Follow up on consultant and client approvals.

Maintain the technical product library, including IES files and certifications.

Support project handover and technical clarifications.

Requirements

Microsoft Office Suite

Lighting Design Standards

Technical Submittal Preparation

Knowledge of IEC, SASO, and international lighting standards.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

RFQs reviewed per month

Technical approval rate

Response time to sales inquiries

Accuracy of lighting calculations

Experience in lighting design and technical support is preferred

Strong communication and coordination skills

Must be based in Salfit, the surrounding villages, or the Salfit area
