Perform daily operations related to VAS & Digital platforms.
Handle incidents and troubleshoot applications problems.
Handle and monitor VAS & Digital applications and upgrades with the vendor.
Participate in application integration with other network elements.
Monitor system capacity (HW, SW, licenses) to meet business requirements.
Prepare all procedures and documents related to daily operation and update them after system upgrade if needed.
Monitor and maintain all interfaces between VAS & Digital platforms and other network elements.
Prepare required statistical reports.
Handle end user complaints on VAS & Digital related services within SLA.
Work closely with 2nd and 3rd line support to solve customers complains.
Perform proactive maintenance procedures (daily, weekly and monthly) to keep systems within required performance.
Work closely with business owners and other departments to design and deliver product services.
Configure and administer USSD based applications and USSG GW configurations platforms and USSD Gateways.
Participate in development tasks related to VAS & Digital platforms.
Any other assigned tasks by direct supervisor.
