We seek a candidate with strong literacy, numeracy, and analytical skills, backed by critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication, demonstrated through relevant qualifications or experience. Holding a degree in psychology, social work, sociology, or medical-related field, from an accredited educational institution.
Experience in rehabilitation settings and working with multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
Experience in case management, particularly in a healthcare setting.
Extensive experience in team management.
Good knowledge of multidisciplinary rehabilitation services approaches in emergency.
Knowledge of adaptive equipment, assistive devices/technologies, and accessibility modifications to enable persons with disabilities to live, work, and engage in the community.
Familiarity and knowledge of the rights of persons with disabilities, relevant local, national, and international laws and regulations that protect the rights of persons with disabilities, such as anti-discrimination laws, accessibility standards, and provisions for reasonable adjustments.
