Rehabilitation Point Coordinator

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in data management and reporting, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Excellent teamwork, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in standard office software applications.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Arabic.

• Readiness to work with flexibility and take on additional tasks as may be delegated to meet programmatic objectives.
• Willingness to conduct fieldwork across both southern and northern Gaza.  
• Commitment to a zero-tolerance policy on sexual exploitation & abuse.  
• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends, as the situation requires
• Commitment to anti-discriminatory practice and equal opportunities, and to work in line with and uphold MAP’s values.
• Experience in working with rehabilitation and medical teams is preferable.

• Knowledge of humanitarian principles, Sphere and HAP Standards, Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS) and other international humanitarian guidelines and protocols.
• Treat with confidentiality any personal, private, or sensitive information about individual organizations, clients, staff, volunteers, and MAP data.
