Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing Client Acquisition Specialist with proven experience in hunting new business within the Netherlands market, specifically in the Software Development, IT Services, and Staff Augmentation sectors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building strong client relationships from scratch, adding new logos, and independently generating leads, not just working inbound or pre-qualified opportunities.

As part of a company with an active footprint in Europe, you’ll be joining a team with a proven international track record. Our client base spans global markets, giving you the opportunity to represent a company with a strong cross-border delivery model and the credibility to engage with both multinational enterprises and local SMEs.

You will be expected to proactively identify, engage, and close new clients in the Netherlands, with a focus on building lasting relationships and creating tailored value propositions that align with each client’s technical and business needs.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing network or client base in the Netherlands tech ecosystem.

  • Experience working with offshore delivery centers and cross-cultural teams.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.

Responsibilities
Hunt and acquire new clients in the Netherlands within the IT services and software market.
Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities through cold outreach, LinkedIn, networking, events, and other outbound tactics.
Understand client business challenges and position tailored solutions in custom software development, staff augmentation, and digital services.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and forecast sales performance accurately.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, pre-sales) to ensure a seamless client experience.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in the Netherlands.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B IT Services/Solutions/Staff Augmentation Sales.
Proven track record of adding new logos in the Netherlands, especially in mid-to-large software companies or tech-driven enterprises.
Demonstrated hunter mindset: experience in generating your own leads and converting them into long-term clients.
Deep understanding of the Netherlands tech landscape, market dynamics, and client needs.
Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, outsourcing models, and value proposition of offshore delivery.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
Fluency in English and Dutch.
