Supervise, and develop the IP Network team to ensure high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Manage the daily operations of the IP network, including configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Design and optimize IP network architecture, including core, aggregation, and access layers, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Performing all the required configuration, operation and maintenance activities for IP Network devices.
Perform scheduled maintenance and preventive maintenance activities to ensure network stability.
Ensure network performance, redundancy, and reliability through proactive monitoring and capacity management.
Plan and implement network upgrades and capacity expansions according to business needs.
Collaborate with other departments to support service delivery and new projects implementations.
Maintain detailed network documentation, topology diagrams, and configuration standards.
Coordinate with vendors for technical support, maintenance contracts, and service improvements.
Respond promptly to IP network incidents and ensure service restoration in minimal time.
