Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks and a solid understanding of technology to support our operations efficiently.

Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate daily office activities
Handle correspondence, emails, and scheduling
Prepare reports and presentations
Assist with data entry and database management

Ensure smooth communication between departments
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant fields.
Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience

Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and common office software
Proficiency in English language
Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
