Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, development studies, or a related field.
Proven experience in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning in a development or humanitarian context.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to manage and interpret large datasets.
Knowledge of participatory monitoring and evaluation techniques.
Familiarity with MEAL software and data management tools (e.g., Kobo Toolbox,)
Minimum 3 years of experience in the humanitarian and development sector.
Strong writing and communication skills in Arabic and English.
Strong data analysis and survey development skills.
Having good computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and other toolbox skills.
