Job Description

Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Senior Backend Developer (JAVA) for a High Tech Company offering digital healthcare solutions, located in Ramallah, Palestine.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Backend Engineer with deep expertise in Core Java, integration frameworks, and microservices architecture. The role will be  a key part in shaping the overall platform architecture, ensuring high performance, scalability, and availability for mission-critical healthcare applications.

 

Languages Required:  Fluent in Arabic & English.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and modern frameworks.
Lead the integration of multiple healthcare systems and APIs, ensuring security and interoperability.
Architect and optimize microservices for high availability and fault tolerance.
Implement performance tuning strategies and conduct root cause analysis for system bottlenecks.
Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD automation and deployments.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to coding best practices.
Ensure backend services comply with healthcare regulations and data privacy laws.
Requirements
Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
Proven expertise in microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker).
Strong knowledge of system performance tuning and scalability principles.
Familiarity with healthcare integration standards (FHIR, HL7) is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field.
