Job Description

SafetyWing is seeking an engaging and energetic Associate Opener to join our direct sales team and play a key part in driving SafetyWing’s growth. In this role, you’ll work to bring in new accounts by building relationships with HR leaders, leveraging your talent in prospecting, research, and outreach to help deliver top-tier benefits to remote teams worldwide.

Responsibilities
Generating awareness and interest for Remote Health among globally distributed companies
Conducting market research to identify potential customers and qualified leads
Driving outbound prospecting through social media, email campaigns, and calls
Mapping and engaging accounts by creating persuasive email sequences and outreach campaigns
Educating and developing leads to hand off to Account Executives (Closers)
Collaborating with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and build a world-class sales playbook
Managing sales data with accuracy in our CRM and supporting marketing activities
Requirements
Has an exceptional knack for research – we value this highly
Is resourceful, and has an entrepreneurial mindset
Is a continual learner, detailed, planning pro, and autonomous worker
Has experience in proactive outreach (bonus if you have outbound prospecting or cold calling experience)
Has a way with words and can write persuasive email copy
Is tech-savvy and comfortable using or learning Google Workspace, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
Has excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
