Job Description

 

Role Overview

As the HR Operations Manager at 3Commas.io, you will play a critical role in designing and scaling people operations across a fast-growing, international team. You will own and improve HR administrative processes, ensure compliance across multiple geographies, and help build a transparent, friendly, and people-centered employee experience. You’ll be at the heart of our organizational infrastructure — setting up systems, processes, and policies that enable teams to thrive as we scale.

Collaborating with People, Finance, and Legal teams, you’ll also lead the adoption and optimization of our HRIS (HiBob), ensuring data accuracy and process automation. Core HR Operations & Administration

  • Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations: onboarding, transfers, offboarding, and contract management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation across all locations
  • Serve as the go-to expert and superuser for HiBob HRIS, driving adoption and optimization of workflows
  • Support pre-payroll processes by validating and coordinating data with Finance
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR administrative queries across the company

 HR Compliance & Policy Development

  • Ensure HR compliance across countries of operation (e.g., Cyprus, Estonia, Spain and the rest), staying up to date with local labor laws
  • Draft, implement, and maintain clear, scalable HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Partner with Legal and Finance to mitigate risks and ensure legal and operational accuracy
  • Deal with company vendors (EoR, HRIS, platforms and tools, external consultants if it’s needed)

 Mobility & Global Support

  • Support global mobility and relocation cases, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience in cooperation with Operations team
  • Help manage documentation and processes for remote work setups and international hires

HR Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends, improve accuracy, and inform decision-making
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on headcount, attrition, engagement, and more
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows and elevate the overall employee experience

People Experience & Culture

  • Champion a high-quality employee experience through streamlined, transparent, and caring HR practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support onboarding, engagement, and internal communication initiatives
  • Build HR processes that are not just efficient — but human, respectful, and joyful

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting global or distributed teams (4 and more locations)
  • Background in setting up internal HR policies and handbooks
  • Familiarity with relocation or international mobility processes
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities using HR data

Requirements
4+ years of hands-on experience in HR Operations in an international, fast-paced environment (startup or scale-up preferred)
Deep knowledge of HR administration, compliance, and employment laws in Europe
Experience working with HiBob HRIS or similar tools at a system owner/superuser level
Strong documentation and process design skills, with attention to detail
Comfortable working autonomously and building structure from the ground up
High emotional intelligence and people-centered thinking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+)
