As an Onboarding Program Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting this mission by leading initiatives that enhance our onboarding processes for external users. You will manage projects related to onboarding strategies, develop engaging content and guided flows within our platform, coordinate webinars and communications, and drive continuous improvements to our core onboarding programs. Your work will directly contribute to providing a seamless, secure, and user-friendly experience aligned with Sumsub’s innovative verification solutions powered by AI.
Experience with webinar tools and content management systems.
Familiarity with product analytics and user engagement metrics.
Educational background in business, education, communications, or related fields.
