Marketing & PR Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a PR & Marketing Manager at Climatech Investment Company. This includes brochure design, event planning, outreech, business dinners, and potential travel. As a leading climate technology investment firm, we are committed to accelerating the development and adoption of sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. PR Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy to enhance the company's brand image and reputation.
• Create engaging and compelling content for press releases, articles, and company announcements.
• Create guidelines for distributors to maintain company image

2. Marketing and Outreach:

• Manage the company's social media pages and website (with IT team), ensuring regular updates with project highlights and industry news.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering firms, industry influencers, and potential investors.
• Conduct outreach activities to engineering firms, showcasing our innovative products and fostering collaboration opportunities.
• Coordinate and attend business dinners, conferences, and industry events to promote the company and network with relevant professionals.

3. Collateral Development:

• Oversee the design and production of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and informative content that effectively communicates our message and values.

4. Travel:

• Occasionally travel to represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Some experience in PR and marketing roles, preferably within the climate technology or clean energy sector.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and deliver impactful presentations.
• Familiarity with social media management and content creation.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Driving license and vehicle preferred
• Somewhat fluent in English
