1. The Palestinian Liberation Organization has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the social protection Enhancement Project (SPEP). and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply of Utility Vehicles needed for Supporting infrastructure to implement Case Management System (CMS) in the Five Additional Targeted Governorates of Ministry of Social Development (MOSD).
2. The Ministry of Social Development (MOSD) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply of five Utility Vehicles needed for Supporting infrastructure to implement Case Management System (CMS) in the Five Additional Targeted Governorates of Ministry of Social Development ( MOSD
3. ) Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Banks Procurement Requlations for IPF Borrowers dated July, 2016(Procurement Regulations , and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Social Development (MOSD), Ibtisam Husari- SPEP / Project Director -Mobile : 0599395194 or Wedad Malak SPEP Procurement Specialist Mobile : 0598725251, and inspect the bidding document during office hours 8:00 am to 03:00 pm (from Sunday to Thursday) at the address given below
5. The bidding document in English may be collected by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application for free to the address below. The Bidding Documents will be available in Ministry of Social Development (MOSD) headquarter.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12.00 noon on 8 August 2022. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 12.00 noon on 8 August 2022
7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 6,000 USD. The bid security should be valid for 118 days after the bid submission deadline date
8. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidders beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
