ACLED is starting an open call for the Assistant Research Manager positions. Please note that this position is open only to current ACLED team members. 

 

Responsibilities
Reviewing resources and familiarising themselves with ACLED guides, FAQs, and other materials;

This is a managerial position where you will lead a team of 5-6 different specialists.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will lead all of Happy Mammoth’s Conversion Rate Optimization efforts across Shopify stores, landing pages, sales funnels, quizzes, and special campaign assets (like Black Friday and Valentine’s Day launches).

You’ll be responsible for both strategy and execution - working hands-on with our developers and designers to bring ideas to life and optimize the entire customer journey.

Conversion Rate Optimization and Growth Strategy

  • Analyze user behavior through heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel analytics to identify friction points and prioritize optimization initiatives.
  • Set up, execute, and analyze A/B tests to increase conversion rates across landing pages, product pages, quizzes, checkout flows, and upsells.
  • Lead optimization projects to improve the CR of our Shopify stores, sales funnels, and newly launched campaigns.
  • Develop strategies to increase AOV.

Asset Development for Acquisition and Campaigns

  • Plan, develop, and optimize new acquisition assets such as quizzes, landing pages, and special product launch pages.
  • Work closely with the development and design teams to build high-converting, fast-loading ecommerce experiences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team during product launches and peak sales periods to maximize performance.

Execution and Team Collaboration

  • Translate insights into clear action plans for developers and designers.
  • Ensure all pages and funnels are mobile-optimized, user-friendly, fast, and designed for high conversion.
  • Track key metrics like conversion rate, bounce rate, AOV, and page speed to ensure continuous improvement.

Job Description

We’re looking for a Local Operations Coordinator to support and ensure smooth day-to-day execution of operational workflows across our key markets, starting off with the Netherlands, and taking on other upcoming local expansion markets as we continue to grow. Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day operational tasks across the local expansion markets.
Ensure execution of operational workflows as previously defined by the Head of Local Operations.
Monitor deadlines, task progress, and cross-functional deliverables.
Facilitate communication and cross-team collaboration between local operations and relevant stakeholders and teams such as Head of Expansion, Customer Success, Finance, and Product.
Identify blockers or inefficiencies and escalate them to the Head of Local Operations or Product Manager / Chief Growth Officer.
Support documentation, processes, and alignment on standard operating procedures.
Ensure high standards in operational quality and service delivery by actively guiding teams, safeguarding process integrity, and promoting adherence to best practices.
Requirements
A hands-on mindset and a passion for making things run smoothly, efficiently, and on time.
2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or process-driven roles (experience in tech or scale-ups is a plus).
Excellent communication and organizational skills as you’re comfortable collaborating across departments and juggling multiple workflows.
A structured, problem-solving approach and the ability to identify and address operational issues proactively.
Fluency in English (spoken and written). Any other European language is a plus.

Job Description

The role of Analyst within the organization is crucial to drive business improvement and establish Proudfoot as a trusted partner.  

As a key member of the organization, this hire will lead business analysis engagements at client sites and offices. The primary responsibility will revolve around supervising the analysis team, identifying opportunities for business improvement within clients', and effectively persuading client executives to choose Proudfoot as the preferred partner for realizing these improvements. Under the direct supervision of the Market Leader with a reporting line to The Group CEO.

Requirements

Responsibilities
Responsible for the coordination and implementation of projects in Bangladesh.

Requirements
