المسؤوليات الأساسية:
أ) دعم الأمهات في المنظمة (SOS) من خلال تقديم الرعاية المباشرة للأطفال
تتعاون الخالة أو مساعد الأسرة في المنظمة (SOS) مع الأم في المنظمة (SOS) وفق إطار عملٍ متفق عليه، يتضمن متطلبات الأم في المنظمة (SOS) المتعلقة برعاية الأطفال والمنزل. عندما تغيب الأم في المنظمة (SOS) لأي سبب، تنتقل الخالة إلى منزل أسرة المنظمة (SOS) لتقديم الرعاية للأطفال مؤقتاً. كما تعمل الخالة على مساعدة الأم في المنظمة (SOS) في أثناء فترات العمل الصعبة والمرهقة، ودعمها في تطوير الأولاد والأعمال المنزلية.
ب) مساعدة الأم في المنظمة (SOS) في أنشطة تطوير الأطفال
تعلم الخالة في المنظمة (SOS) خلفية كل طفل من الأطفال، وتتعامل بحساسية تجاه تطور كل طفل، وهي تدعم الأم في المنظمة (SOS) في العمل على أهداف تطوير الطفل وتنميته (كما وردت في خطة التطوير الفردية) في الأنشطة اليومية للأسرة.
ج) تقديم قدوة إضافية للأطفال والشباب اليافعين
تكون الخالة في المنظمة (SOS) ذات أثر في كيفية تطور الأطفال، وذلك بصفتهــا شخصاً مهماً في حياتهم. كما أنها واعية بهذا الدور وتوفر للأطفال والشباب اليافعين منظوراً راشداً آخر، وتشارك قيمها وخبرات حياتها.

SI operates across the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, with a field base in Deir El Balah. The organization works to improve access to safe drinking water by rehabilitating or installing reverse osmosis units, distributing water via tankers and water points, and deploying mobile systems to pump water from existing wells. It also monitors water quality, provides hygiene kits to the most vulnerable households, promotes good hygiene and water management practices, and implements pilot activities in home gardening
ِAt the end of 2024, SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL strengthened its rapid response capacity by creating a specialized Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) team, which has already been deployed during new crises and will be extended to the West Bank
the organization’s work relies on strong partnerships with local Palestinian organizations such as UFA and MA’AN. Its institutional and financial partners include CDCS, Choose Love, ECHO, Althémis, and OCHA
SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL teams have been working in Gaza since February 2024. Activities are currently being developed in the governorate of Deir el-Balah, in the centre of the Gaza Strip, where a base was opened in March.
SI teams are implementing WASH activities, which include the installation and rehabilitation of water desalination plants to ensure the production of drinking water, the transport of water to displacement sites by tanker truck, and activities aimed at reducing health risks and improving the living conditions of displaced people through hygiene promotion sessions and the distribution of hygiene kits.
General objective:
The HR & Finance Coordinator coordinates the implementation of Solidarités International’s Human Resources and Financial policies in the mission.
He/she is responsible for leading and overseeing all administrative, HR, accounting, and financial aspects of the mission, ensuring compliance with Solidarités International’s procedures, donor requirements, and the laws of the country in which SI operates.
As coordinator, he/she ensures the proper management of human resources and the financial balance of the mission.
