Employment Field Officer

The Palestinian Employment Fund (PEF) is a national institution was established by Presidential Decree No. 9 of 2003 as a national institution with legal personality and financial authority to contribute to economic growth by activating and motivating labor market policies, as well as implementing programs and projects aimed at creating and generating sustained job opportunities

The Employment Field Officer will support implementing The Sustainable Employment Project, funded by the Federal Republic of Germany through KfW, field-level activities related to beneficiary identification, job matching, and employer compliance under the SEP wage subsidy and capacity development components. The officer will ensure quality service delivery to job seekers and adherence to KfW compliance criteria. S/he will support and facilitate employment-related activities in the field, including job seeker identification, employer vetting, and gather data for compliance verification, contributing to the overall objectives of sustainable job creation and employability enhancement
