Relief Applications is a multicultural humanitarian-to-humanitarian organization that leverages advanced technology to support frontline responders and development actors. We specialize in creating data-governance tools, mobile and web platforms, and customized information management systems for international NGOs, UN agencies, and other humanitarian partners.

We are expanding our network of who can be rapidly deployed on upcoming projects and proposals. Note that most of the time, the consultancy will be remote but can involve potential travel to the field or headquarters. Potential Tasks
Information Management Officers (French-speaking): Collect, clean, and visualize data; manage Kobo, Power BI, GIS, and data pipelines; support field teams with data protocols.
Data Scientists / Analysts: Analyze data, build predictive models, create dashboards, and generate insights to support humanitarian decision-making.
AI Experts: Develop ethical AI tools for social impact, ensure responsible data use, and deploy AI solutions in humanitarian contexts.
DRR & Anticipatory Action Experts: Model risks, design early warning systems, and plan preparedness and anticipatory actions.
Technical Project Managers: Manage IT and digital projects, coordinate teams, and deliver sustainable digital solutions.
Data Protection Specialists: Ensure GDPR compliance, implement data governance, and promote responsible data frameworks.
MOODLE Experts: Configure and maintain LMS platforms, create courses, manage users, and integrate systems.
MEAL Experts: Design MEAL frameworks, evaluate projects, ensure data quality, and support learning and accountability.
Other Humanitarian Technical Experts: Apply your expertise to strengthen innovation, preparedness, or data-driven humanitarian response.
