Solidify Ooredoo relationship and take initiative to exceed the customers’ expectations.
Ensure customers conflicts, objections and concerns are resolved.
Act as Ooredoo ambassador by professionally representing the organization in accordance with the company values and standards.
Anticipate, analyze and communicate sales trends to Stores management.
Conduct regular Stores visits as per regional coverage in North Area.
Ensure all assets, fixtures and live devices are maintained and utilized as per standards.
Keep the management aware and posted with all market dynamics, provide direct feedback on customer needs and concerns.
Managing, developing and motivating Stores Sales teams as well as overseeing their development and motivation in order to ensure that the group delivers the optimum contribution.
Ensuring appropriate succession and staff development plans are in place in order to meet the Group's ongoing manpower needs and individuals are pro-actively managed, developed and motivated.
Ensure achieving the performance objectives according to the showrooms KPIs in serving Ooredoo customers, and Customer Service objectives by increasing the individuals' segments sales, VAS sales, first recharge, and decrease churn.
