Lead Voiceover

-Lead and manage a team of voiceover actors, providing guidance and support to help them improve their skills and performance.

-Working with Voice Actors team:

• Consulting about all issues (projects, technical questions, workflow and workload problems, payments, documents, days-off and vacations);
• Informing about important news, making sure that the information has been received;
• Helping in technical questions, organizing masterclasses if needed;
• Collecting feedbacks from Voice Actors, analyzing and solving determined problems;
• Everyday communication, motivation;
• Holding calls with Voice Actors
• Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand their needs and develop appropriate voiceover solutions.

-Plan and manage voiceover projects from start to finish, ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met.

-Perform voiceovers for various projects, including commercials, animations, video games, and other multimedia content.

-Review and edit voiceovers performed by team members, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.

-Working with Total Rewards Team on rates development and negotiation, confirming rates on one-time jobs.

-Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and insights with the team to improve performance.

-Organizing Voices’ replacements, selection of voices for new projects

-Hire new Voices (in collaboration with recruiters), initiating the recruiting process, helping in development of vacancy description and test tasks, interviewing candidates.

-Assist with sound design and post-production activities as needed.

-Contribute to the development of new voiceover services and products, ensuring that they meet the needs of clients and are profitable for the company.
