Job Description

South African Representative Office is hiring an Administrative Clerk in Ramallah.

Responsibilities
Performs Secretarial duties.
Support the maintenance of Mission accounts.
Control of stock, inventories and purchases.
Assists in the preparation of annual estimates of expenditure, budget maintenance and inventory controls.
Renders administrative support to Mission Committees as and when required.
Ensures service delivery in accordance with the principles of Batho Pele.
Requirements
A minimum of 12 years' schooling is required PLUS 3 years' experience as an Administrative Clerk or Accountant with administrative experience.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Familiarity with office organisation and optimisation of techniques.
Good written and verbal communication skills in Englis, Arabic and Hebrew language.
