- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT systems engineering.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of networking, storage, virtualization, and security principles.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral & written).
- Ability to work under high pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, upgrade, and configure hardware, software, and network devices.
- Manage virtual infrastructures using vSphere Client and ESXi hosts.
- Implement and manage iSCSI SAN, FC SAN, FCOE SAN, and NAS Storage.
- Work with Windows Server Roles and Services.
- Monitor and troubleshoot hardware performance.
- Configure and administer Backup & Disaster Recovery solutions.
- Monitor & manage private cloud environments.
- Handle firewall administration and troubleshooting.
- Represent the company effectively and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide ongoing support & after-sales service.
