About The Role:

We are looking for a strong and highly motivated Team Lead to manage a local team of five engineers. The team is responsible for multiple components within Verisium Debug, enhancing the tool, developing new features, and resolving issues. The role involves java development and may include work with C/C++ and Python, allowing room for individual strengths and interests to shine.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of team leadership, OOP, a passion for learning, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Verisium Debug is an innovative debug tool targeted at the Electronic Design Automation (EDA) industry. It enables efficient debugging of simulation runs for hardware, embedded software, and verification environments.

Verisium Debug leverages various databases, semantic parsers, and a rich frontend GUI to deliver a comprehensive user experience as a leading debug platform.

Our debugger is trusted by top-tier hardware design and consumer electronics companies, and our goal is to establish it as the best in the industry.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters in CS, EE, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience working with Java
• At least one year of managerial experience
• Experience with Python and/or C/C++ development.
• Highly motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to learn, understand, and solve problems independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal communication).
