Arkan Consultancy Service, a leading consulting firm specializing in financial and accounting solutions, is seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Position: management and financial professional

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage end-to-end project execution for financial and accounting projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.
Professionally provide financial and accounting advisory to clients.
Collaborate closely with clients to identify project requirements, goals, and success criteria.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Lead project teams, providing clear direction, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Conduct regular project status meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams, such as outsourcing, business development, and implementation, to ensure seamless project integration and successful outcomes.
Maintain a deep understanding of financial and accounting best practices, regulations, and industry trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
Provide managerial and financial planning support to clients
Recommend strategies clients can use to achieve their managerial and financial goals and objectives
Respond to prospective customer queries about managerial and financial planning

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
7+ years experience in accounting or financial management.
Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the aptitude to motivate and inspire project teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.
Proficient in accounting and ERP systems.
