IT Executive

We are seeking an IT Executive with exceptional communication skills and an advanced business mindset to understand and analyze client technology business needs. The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of experience in managing and hands-on experience in Metro Ethernet, large-scale IP networks, security and firewalls such as Fortigate and Sophos, virtualization on VMWARE, integration, and API technologies

As an IT Executive, you will manage a team that services a multitenancy-hosted clients, providing them with end-to-end IT services, including tech support for approximately 700 end-users. Your team will be responsible for providing services such as email, laptop and PC support, file sharing, cloud hosting services, EDR/AV and VPNs, ERP Servers, VLANS, Access Control, Audio systems, company services such as Digital Signage, Building new servers, procurement of hardware, onboarding new staff, offboarding staff, Security profiles, Active directory, Linux, Ubuntu, corporate website hosting services, vulnerability scanning, and patching, vendors management

Key Responsibilities

Analyze client technology business needs and provide customized IT solutions that meet their requirements

Manage and lead the team in providing top-notch IT services to multitenancy-hosted clients

Maintain and monitor Metro Ethernet, large-scale IP networks, and security and firewall systems such as Fortigate and Sophos

Manage virtualization on VMWARE, including hardware and ESXI, backup, VMotion, Hybrid cloud configuration, and SAN/NAS storage, while upkeeping about 200 Virtual server

Possess good knowledge of FCOE switching

Have a good understanding of integration and API technologies, including XML and JSON

Maintain and manage end-to-end IT services

Provide services such as email, laptop and PC support, file sharing, cloud hosting services, EDR/AV and VPNs, ERP Servers, VLANS, Access Control, Audio systems, Digital Signage, Building new servers, procurement of hardware, onboarding new staff, offboarding staff, Security profiles, Active directory, Linux, Ubuntu, corporate website hosting services, vulnerability scanning, and patching, vendors management

Lead and manage company services such as Digital Signage, Building new servers, procurement of hardware, onboarding new staff, offboarding staff, Security profiles, Active directory, Linux, Ubuntu, corporate website hosting services, vulnerability scanning, and patching, vendors management

Manage and maintain access control

Be responsible for the management of Audio systems

Be responsible for the management of corporate website hosting services

Ensure all security protocols and policies are up-to-date and followed by the team

Manage and maintain the company's hardware, including procurement and upgrading of hardware

Conduct vulnerability scanning and patching to ensure the company's systems are secure

Provide vendors' management, ensuring they meet the company's requirements

Update and maintain SLAs, Policies, Manuals, and procedures

A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing IT services

Exceptional communication skills

Strong business mindset and a good understanding of client technology business needs

Good knowledge of Metro Ethernet, large-scale IP networks, security, and firewalls such as Fortigate and Sophos

Hands-on experience in virtualization on VMWARE, including hardware and ESXI, backup, VMotion, Hybrid cloud configuration, and SAN/NAS storage
