Since 2007, HRD has delivered direct consulting services to clients in business and organizational development, monitoring and evaluation, qualitative and quantitative research, and the provision of human resources.

HRD also provides services to enhance the professional abilities of Palestinian workers through offering diverse workshops and trainings to individuals and organizations, with a specific focus on giving Palestinian youth employable skills.

HRD has a roster of distinguished trainers and consultants who are equipped with the highest theoretical knowledge and practical experience in their respective fields.
